To get started, a complimentary meet and greet is required for all new clients before services can be approved. This allows us to meet you and your pet(s), review care instructions, confirm home access, and make sure we’re a good fit for one another.
If we’re a good fit for each other, new clients must register an account with our pet sitting app/software, and add a valid credit card to their account. Once these steps are complete, you may begin requesting services.
We provide private dog walks only and do not offer pack walks or group hikes. This allows us to focus entirely on your dog, establish a clear health and behavior baseline, and more easily notice and report any changes over time.
Dog walks are scheduled for the exact duration booked by the client (15 or 30 minutes). We arrive within the designated time frame, walk for the full booked time, then return your dog home. Fresh water is provided and owner-provided treats are given with client approval.
Dog visits typically include walks or potty breaks, feeding if scheduled (minimal charge), fresh water, and companionship. Cat visits include playtime, litter box cleaning, and fresh food and water. All care is customized to your pet’s routine and needs.
For Overnights, sitters typically arrive between 7:00 and 8:00 PM and stay for 10–12 hours from the time of arrival. Overnights include an evening walk, dinner, quality time, staying overnight in the home, and a morning walk and breakfast. If a midday walk is needed, it may be scheduled separately for an additional charge.
Yes, last-minute services requested within less than 24 hours can be provided subject to availability. A $10 last-minute fee applies.
Clients typically provide a key, garage code, lock-box, or alarm instructions. All access information is kept secure and confidential within the pet sitting app.
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
Your pet’s safety and well being is our top priority. If anything appears unusual or concerning, we will contact you immediately. In an emergency, we will follow the care instructions provided in your client profile and seek veterinary care if necessary.
Yes, for an additional fee, most oral and topical medications can be administered with proper instructions. We also have extensive experience in administering insulin injections and sub-q fluids. All medical needs should be disclosed during the meet and greet and included in your client profile.
Yes. Walks are provided rain or shine, with your pet’s safety and comfort as our top priority. In cases of extreme weather, walk time may be adjusted and potty breaks prioritized. Clients may leave specific weather-related instructions in their profile.
Behavioral concerns must be disclosed prior to services. We work with many pets who are shy, anxious, or reactive, but safety always comes first. If a pet poses a risk to themselves or the sitter, we may not be the right fit for you.
Visits are scheduled according to route, needs and time - within designated time windows rather than exact times. While we do our best to be consistent, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and prior appointments.
Only pets needing medication at specific times can be guaranteed exact times.
Yes. Visit updates are sent through our pet sitting app and typically include notes on your pet’s care, behavior, and overall well-being. Photos may be included when possible.
Accidents can happen. We will clean up any pet-related messes to the best of our ability (using the cleaning products provided) during the visit and notify you of what occurred.
Light home care such as bringing in mail or watering a small number of plants can often be accommodated during visits. We provide other small services for a minimal fee. Please request these services in advance.
We work during all major Holidays. However, services are subject to special pricing and limited availability. Please book holiday care as early as possible.
A valid credit card is required for all clients, even if you plan to pay by cash or check. This helps secure reservations and allows for automated invoicing and billing. We accept cash and checks however, a valid credit card must still remain on file for all clients.
All completed services are automatically invoiced and billed at the end of each month. Clients paying by cash or check may arrange payment separately.
